StarDrift saves your score and preferences in your browser's local storage. This stays on your machine. We use a minimal number of functional cookies — no tracking or advertising cookies.
Standard hosting providers handle our infrastructure. They process routine server data under data processing agreements. We don't partner with ad networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that build user profiles.
Diagnostic logs are purged after 90 days. Summary statistics are retained for up to one year. We don't keep permanent records tied to individual users.
Ask us for any data we have on you. Ask us to fix it if it's wrong. Ask us to delete it entirely. We'll respond within 30 days. In practice, since we collect so little, most requests are resolved instantly.
HTTPS everywhere. Restricted access to any stored information. Regular security checks. We take precautions seriously even though the data we handle is minimal.
The effective date at the top tells you when this was last changed. If something significant changes, we'll note it. Using StarDrift after an update means you're okay with the new version.
